B. Preparing to Return to Work A workshop to help new moms get ready to meet the challenges of returning to work. Although it feels like your baby just arrived, somehow your maternity leave is quickly coming to a close. Receive concrete tips and strategies to get through the first day, week, and months back at work. Learn how to foster good communication with your child care provider and how to make your child care work for the long haul. Get tips to create an equitable division of labor. Also learn how to stay off the mommy track at work. Babies are welcome to attend with mom!
