Egg Pockets
ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices cubed ham or sausage
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
4 Tbsp. milk
1 dash of salt
directions:
Crack and beat the eggs with a whisk. Add salt, milk, cheese, ham or sausage and mushrooms stirring well. Pour mixture into a greased mini muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 15 minutes or until golden brown.
